• Funding outcomes
• Conversion rates
• Contact rates
• Revenue or ROI

All leads are provided as marketing opportunities, and performance may vary based on your internal processes, timing, and follow-up efforts.

4. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You agree to:

• Use all data in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations
• Maintain proper consent and compliance when contacting leads
• Not misuse, resell, or redistribute data unless expressly authorized

You are solely responsible for how you contact and engage with leads.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Bull Market Leads LLC at the phone number you provide. These messages may include account alerts, promotional offers, marketing announcements, appointment reminders, and service notifications. Message frequency may vary.

Consent to receive texts from Bull Market Leads LLC applies only to Bull Market Leads LLC's own messages and is not transferred to clients.

Due to the nature of digital lead delivery:

• No refunds will be issued once data or leads have been delivered
• Replacement leads may be provided at our discretion for clearly invalid contact data (e.g., disconnected numbers), subject to verification

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bull Market Leads LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
